Little Bird Friend
Saturday I was out in the yard acting quite 'manly' (which I do quite regularly) as I raked & blew leaves when all of a sudden I noticed my little bird friend following me around. I have never been much of a animal/wildlife photographer but I thought I would try my hand at capturing a few images of the 'feathered one.' He/she/it was quite fun; he must've thought I was carrying some kind of bazooka (actually my 70-200 L 2.8 IS lens). But, he allowed me to get close enough to get some good shots. Hope you like! If anyone knows what kind of bird it is (I'm thinking it looks like a mockingbird), I would love to know. I'm not too up-to-date on my ornithology. (I know you are surprised!)

The Bohannons
Sometimes you feel like you are in the sweet spot... and the Bohannons live in the sweet spot. Last night I had the pleasure to shoot the Bohannon Family & it was awesome to visit their home. They have one of the most scenic homes in our area & it was absolutely beautiful. I am privileged to share a few of my favorites with you. Believe me, it was hard to choose; stay tuned for more!

And the journey begins...Peter & Bethany Wedding Part 1
Bethany & Peter Hedger had a wonderful, God-honoring wedding that I was so blessed to be a part. There will be several posts following this one, but I wanted to give you a preview of the goodness to come.
Isn't this picture a riot!
